The Vancouver Fusion is proud to announce our 2010-11 selection camp. After winning the BC Female Major Midget regular season championship for the past two seasons, this year’s team is looking for 20 new players to take on the challenge of winning again in 2010-11.
This year’s evaluation camp will take place on August 13, 14 and 15th, 2010. See below for exact times and locations:
Friday August 13th, 2010 (Location: Justice Institute, 715 McBride boulevard, New Westminster)
6:30pm - 7:00pm Registration
7:00pm - 7:30pm Introduction
7:30pm - 9:30pm Fitness Testing (players)
7:30pm - 8:30pm Information Session (parents)
9:30pm End of the Day
Saturday August 14th, 2010 (Location: Great Pacific Forum, Delta)
9:00am - 10:00am “American Rink”
10:15am - 11:15am “American Rink”
4:00pm - 5:00pm “American Rink”
5:15pm - 6:15pm “American Rink”
Sunday August 15th, 2010 (Location: Great Pacific Forum, Delta)
9:00am - 10:00am “American Rink”
10:15am - 11:15am “American Rink”
4:00pm - 5:00pm “American Rink”
5:15pm - 6:15pm “American Rink”
7:00pm - 8:00pm Player Interviews
8:15pm – 9:00pm Meeting for parents of selected players
The Selection Camp will cost $125 per player. Payment will be due on August 13th at the fitness testing session.
For attending the camp each player will receive:
- 4 guaranteed ice times
- a camp jersey
- a fitness profile / analysis
To register for the Selection Camp please complete the attached registration form, MHA Permission form and submit them to Pat Thibeault at playlikechampions@shaw.ca
